I am excited to introduce PrivateMarketMatch (PMM).

At its core, the goal of PMM is simple, to democratize access to private markets.

Let’s assume you are a young professional and have $150k to invest. You know a thing or two about investing and how money works, so you want to find a more attractive place to let this money compound compared to the S&P 500.

Where do you go? Not clear.

The problem we are trying to solve does not end here.

PrivateMarketMatch is a two-sided network that puts in contact (i) people looking to invest capital and (ii) people looking to receive capital for their investment firm or company.

Ok, but in practice, how does it work?

People Looking to Invest Capital

After you join PrivateMarketMatch, you will have the option to decide what type of investments you are interested in receiving. The goal of this functionality is to allow you to only see deals / funds you have an interest in, but please feel free to keep all options active.

When a founder / general partner submits a deal / fund that fits your investment criteria, you will receive an email where you can learn more information about the offering and, if you are interested, you can follow up to learn more.
